What I am open to
- Academic collaboration in computational biology and machine learning — methodological feedback, and joint work on protein structure analysis.
- Mentorship and research direction. Guidance on framing a tractable biological question and on rigorous, leakage-resistant evaluation would be genuinely valuable.
- Corrections. If something in my repositories or writing is wrong, or overstated, I want to know. That applies to this site too.
On research computing. My current work runs end-to-end on a standard machine with no GPU and no HPC. Future stages — larger-scale protein representation learning or model training — could change that, depending on the final scientific question. I have not submitted an HPC application, and no institution has agreed to provide computing resources.
