Undergraduate student at Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU/NWPU) in Xi'an, China. I work on the data side of AI for biotechnology: protein structure analysis, residue-level feature extraction, and building validated, reproducible datasets from predicted structures.

Currently

  • Building ai-biotech, an early-stage AI4Bio research project — Stages 1–6 complete, Stage 7 (machine learning) not yet started.
  • The project's dataset currently holds 7 proteins and 1,098 residues × 29 columns, with 72 of 72 integrity checks passing.
  • Reading and writing about Biopython's role in modern bioinformatics and AI4Bio.
